I have learnt that we need to bring the word of the lord and the character of his son jesus Christ in our formal organisations

I have learnt how to do ministry in structures and layouts such as formal organisations and occasions like weddings and church functions

I have learnt that God desires to last long in his assignment for us and do it perfectly well, even better fruitful

I have learnt that we have to allow our thinking and character to evolve over time so that we be more like Christ

I have learnt that it is important to understand teams , build teams and work with teams to achieve purpose

Gods intention is that we grow from one levels to another in love and on his word

We should try as much as possible to bring and make God's kingdom a reality on earth through our ministry

Ministry should be kingdom based and not individual or world based

God does call people in various ways. We have to hede to God's call
